                              No tags no refund or exchange

If something you purchased from our web site or at a trade show needs to be exchanged or refunded, you may return or exchange any unworn items you purchased within 30 days. 

Once we receive your merchandise and shipping fee we will ship out your exchanged item right away.   *See ship to address below

 

  • Used or worn clothing items missing our Sled Bitch/Sled Diva tags will not be exchanged. 
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost
  • ALL tags must be on the garment when returned
  • ALL CLEARANCE & SALE items are final and may not be exchanged.
     
  • Please include $6.95 with your exchanged item to be shipped with in the United States.  $9.95 with in Canada.

All our custom snow flaps are manufactured by: Proven Design out of Michigan and are non-refundable

REFUNDS:

Your On-Line Pay Pal orders will be processed & returned thought Pay Pal after we receive your unworn garment.  Allow 7 days for funds to show up in your Pay Pal account. 

If you paid by check or cash you will be refunded you a check with in 7 days of receiving your refund item.   ALL tags must be on your garment or NO refund will be issued.
