SLED BITCH RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY for 2012/2013  

If something you purchased from SLEDBITCH.COM or at a trade show needs to be exchanged or refunded, you may return or exchange any unworn items you purchased within 14 days.  You will pay the shipping costs and we will not reimburse you any of the shipping costs. 

ALL tags must be on the garment when returned.

*Please include $6.95 with your exchanged item to be shipped with in the United States.  $9.95 with in Canada.

ALL CUSTOM SLED BITCH SNOW FLAPS CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED. 

YOU must contact us first to discuss being able to exchange your snow flap.  MOST are NON-refundable.

If are allowed to exchange your Sled Bitch snow flap, YOU will have to pay to ship the snow flap back to Proven Design and pay Proven Design $12.99 for United States Shipping

and $22.99 for Canadian Shipping for Proven Design to ship out the correct Sled Bitch Snow Flap.  Effective 1/1/11       (Please contact us if you have any questions)

Return Policy:

Used or worn clothing items missing our Sled Bitch tags will not be accepted for an exchange or for a refund.     ALL CLEARANCE & SALE items are final and may not be exchanged.

Once we receive your merchandise and shipping fee we will ship out your exchanged item right away. 

If NO shipping fee is enclosed your new item will not be shipped back to you.  Checks and money orders are made payable to: LIZ MARTTILA, NOT SLED BITCH.  Thank you!

Shipping is through the US Postal Service, priority mail.

REFUNDS:

Your On-Line Pay Pal orders will be processed & returned thought Pay Pal after we receive your unworn garment.  Allow 7 days for funds to show up in your Pay Pal account. 

If you paid by check or cash you will be refunded you a check with in 7 days of receiving your refund item.   ALL tags must be on your garment or NO refund will be issued.
